Jaras e gul ki sada yaad kare
Tere lehje ko sabaa yaad kare

Meri is dasht navardi ka sabab
Mera mahboob zara yaad kare

Bhir me khud ko bhulade ye dil
Jaane tanhayi me kya yaad kare

Chara gar zakhm chhupayeN mera
KyoN unheN khalqkhuda yaad kare

Aree khoyi hui manzil tujh ko
Door ek aabla – paa yaad kare
